I hate writing these things as they are normally cheesy AF, but I'm sure you want to know about the person who's potentially making your wedding film, so i’ll give it my inelegant best....

Im from The Wirral originally, now living in North Yorkshire with my wife Tash (a brilliant Celebrant if you need one. Don’t worry she is also a much better wordsmith than me), and of course our cat Nova - an to mention her, as she plays a huge part in the editing process by using me a bed while I cut and paste away.

You won’t even know i’m there.

I am a left handed, beer-drinking, northern, music loving lad and bloody proud of it.

Will eat pretty much any food, travel anywhere, watch any sport going (even cricket??, hmm) and love a great foreign film to sit through for 3 hours - Drives the missus mad. On films, please do discuss, as I can go deep....

I believe that your wedding film shouldn't have to be stuffy, slow and boring to be memorable. If you want that type of film I'm probably not your man, however if you want a film that captures the energy and vibe of your day to a backdrop of awesome music then let's do this!

So why wedding videography

Well, I left my run-of-the-mill job to chase the dream of being creative every day. ‘Life is too short’ and all that….

I didn't plan on that ‘leap of faith’ taking me to the wedding industry, but when planning our own wedding I realised that there was a gap in the market for Videographers like me. All the wedding films we researched felt very fluffy and... clean.

Don’t get me wrong, I know love is fluffy and full of emotion sometimes, but I felt like there needed to be a space for people who want something just as memorable, but much more unique, creative and fun. Something that captures the energy and life of the couple and their guests but is still an expression of love and storytelling!
